This module will highlight the importance of proper placement, the results of improper placement, and develop a safe space to began to ask the "hard" questions to ensure that your organization maintains its mandate in the world.
Assessments allow organizations to not only fulfill their present mandate in the world but enables organizations to MAINTAIN their mandate in the world. Assessments provide information to help leaders and organizations to learn, analyze, and grow in the right direction. Assessments also serve as a source of motivation. This module provides a plethora of assessments for both leaders and organizations to consider to enhance their personal leadership and their organization.
Change is inevitable. However, if an organization is ill-prepared for the change, it will be impossible for them to fulfill their mandate in the world. Planning in small increments or for the near future (days, months, next year) is a great start. However, the earlier an organization plans for the far-future, the better prepared an organization will be to lead in this ever-changing world. Strategic foresight considers external changes in relation to an organization's current internal capabilities. This module introduces several strategic foresight tools to assist organizations with planning for the future. Furthermore, this module helps organizations to prepare and equip the members of their organization to began to head in the Kingdom direction the organization desires, TOGETHER.
Systems & Structure
Systems and structure are present in every organization. However, every system and structure is not healthy. This module highlights the importance of systems and structures and provides a method to help organizations find and develop an authentic rhythm (a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement) needed to sustain healthy systems and structures. This module also assists organizations to find their authentic rhythm to customize the systems and structures needed to help maintain their mandate in the world.
